The location is great, 4 minutes to the train station (from where you get trains for travelling the entire coast) and 15 max to the beaches. Also the airport is easily accessible by tram. The staff was great, young and happy to help. The breakfast was great, they have the perfect american pancakes, imo. :) But mostly sweet, french, so maybe not a great one for meat lovers, even if they’ve got some. Very clean, the service is available daily, if wanted. We enjoyed our stay very much and we gladly recommend it especially for the location.

The location was great! The best place to stay if you plan to travel to cities nearby such as: Monte Carlo or Cannes. Only 200 m from the train station. The hotel is also very close to the Alsace-Lorraine station (if you land @Nice Airport). Walking distance to get to the old town of Nice. The twin room was clean, spacious enough for one or two people, with a nice bathroom inside.

Central position to visit the city and also the surrounding main locations thank to Nice-Ville station. Lots of different lightnings in the room. Nice to have the option of having a shower or a bath. Comfortable bed and clean room. You also have a kettle and a small fridge.

The hotel was in a prime location, 5mins walk from the nice ville railway station and 5mins walk from many restaurants. The beach was around 10-15mins walk as well. We loved the concept of free water fountain which allowed us to use less plastic by not buying plastic water bottles. Overall a good stay. The WiFi speeds were good as well.

The room was modern, spacious for the price and very clean. the staff were absolutely lovely and there were numerous welcome gifts (beach bag, beach blanket, fan, chocolates and a drink voucher). the hotel is located right next to the train station making it an easy walk with luggage, then not too long of a walk to the beach. there aren’t many facilities but it has all the necessities. excellent value, would highly recommend for couples

Beds are so comfortable. Fabulous location for the train station giving easy and quick access to all towns along the coast. 15 min walk to the old town, beach. Quiet and very clean hotel. Reception staff very helpful. 9 min walk to the tram stop for direct tram to the airport costing only 1.5 euro. Note the trams stop at 8pm

Lovely and clean easy to find and close to Nice Ville Gare. We booked this last minute because our booking with Airbnb turned out to be a scam. Staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was good and there was free coffee, tea and water all day. Some nice touches for the rugby 🏉. I would highly recommend.

I loved how "hipster" this hotel was! It was budget but had all the amenities you would need in a week long hotel stay. The hotel is very close to the Promenade des Anglais and all things touristy in Nice. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, they even helped arrange my taxi back to the airport at 4h30 in the morning!

Hotel So’Co is a very pleasant place to stay. The staff are all helpful and pleasant and the rooms are attractively furnished with additional features like desk space and extra seating. Access to all that Nice offers is easy with a short, flat walk to everything.
